Personalized Training For Focused Athletes

MettaPerformance training begins with a thorough intake assessment of an athlete’s physical capabilities, sports and positions, injury history, joint mobility, and lifestyle to understand how their body moves as a whole and as individual parts, and understand their personality and motivators. Using this information, we develop a custom training program to build on their strengths and address areas of improvement. We utilize a variety of tools to objectively measure performance and abilities to track success and maximize training.
